In order to secure the financing of the projects, professional and institutional investors give a partial amount. In this way, our two founding partners automatically participate in the financing of the selected projects on neocredit.ch.
Quels sont neocredit.ch frais?
Neocredit.ch only charges fees of 20% of the interest actually paid by the borrowers to cover part of our costs, in particular for the credit analysis and collection fees. Billing occurs with each repayment and is visible as a ‘fee’ in your account.
