The platform allows for adjustable diversification across multiple notes to help manage risk. Each investment note is backed by receivables and includes personal accident insurance covering the borrowers, providing an additional layer of ethical and secure financing. Members can also participate in the gamified “League of Extraordinary Investors” program, which offers rewards and incentives for active engagement.
Platform Offer for Fundraisers:
- Malaysian MSMEs (operating ≥ 6 months) can raise up to RM 500,000 per note, and collectively via multiple notes.
- Financing is available for invoice financing and contract pre-financing, with tenors from 6 to 36 months.
- Applications are fully digital; approval and fund disbursement take significantly less time than traditional finance routes.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Residency: Primarily for Malaysians; international investment is allowed subject to compliance.
Investor (Arrangement) Fees are 2% and are charged on a one-off basis per investment.
