The building will have 10 apartments with a total living area of 393 m2. All apartments are currently rented out, generating rental income of EUR 5 200 per month. The basement floor is also currently being developed in the building, where two apartments of 55 m2 each are planned. The apartments are planned to be fully furnished and equipped. The expected sales revenue for the two apartments is EUR 270 000 - 300 000.
