The project owner has developed various real estate projects with a total area of more than 60 000 square metres. The developer has many years of experience in the real estate industry and has successfully completed 4 real estate projects on the Profitus platform in the past („Laisves al. 41", „Duplex", „Aleksoto dvibuciai", „Patalpos Laisves al."). The projects have been successfully completed and the investors have been settled on time.
About the project whose loan is being refinanced:
The project owner will use the pooled amount to refinance an existing loan. „Lazunu Talus" is an A++ class, 4-storey, 18-apartment, 947.87 square metres apartment building located at Lazunu st. 4, Kaunas, Zaliakalnis district. The project is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by individual houses on the edge of the Neris River, next to Kaunas Clinics and Fortress Seven. This loan will be covered by other income from the sale of the property, and interest will be paid to the investors from rental income.

With the funds mobilised in the last phase, the „Lazunu Talus" project has been completed, with a total of 16 apartments sold (before - 11 apartments were sold).
