The distance to the sea is approximately 1.2 km, allowing easy access on foot, which contributes to the property’s liquidity and market value.
The raised funds will be used for the development of the company’s ongoing real estate projects.One of the projects under development is a residential housing project on Lygioji Street in Palanga.
The company is developing several real estate projects and has been operating in the market since 2010. During this period, it has developed 8 residential projects with a total area of approximately 3 200 m². The business is profitable, generates stable revenue, and financial indicators demonstrate the ability to meet financial obligations. Although rising construction costs have affected profitability in recent periods, the company maintains positive operating results and continues to expand its operations.
Additionally, part of the raised funds (80 000 EUR) will be used to refinance an existing PROFITUS loan.
Loan information:
Interest payments are expected to be made from the company’s working capital or proceeds from sold development projects. The loan will be repaid from the sales revenues of currently developed projects.
