The project owner has successfully completed a development project located at Pagubes Sodu 2-oji st. 27, Vilnius, with an expanded project area of 79.90 m². The project owner's company group, MB "Insta projektai," has financed two projects on the PROFITUS platform ("Apartment on Seskines st." and "Apartment on Simulionio st.").All investments, along with earned interest, were returned to investors on time.
About the Project:
The project owner is constructing two garden houses located at Akaciju Street 10 and 12, Trakai District Municipality. According to the Centre of Registers, the construction works are 76% complete. Both houses will be fully furnished, including appliances and furniture, and subsequently sold. The projected sales revenue is 399,600 EUR including VAT. The project development will be financed through a loan, which will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale. The interest to be paid to investors will come from the project owner's profit from other activities.
Maximum amount to be financed: EUR 150,500. The project is financed on the basis of the current valuation of the collateral until it reaches the established maximum loan-to-value ratio of 58% LTV. Once the maximum LTV has been reached, a new valuation of the property will have to be carried out and further rounds of financing for the Project will only be advertised and collected if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded.
