The project owner, UAB "REVELOS," specializes in residential real estate development, encompassing land acquisition, design, construction management, and final property sales. To ensure uninterrupted progress of ongoing projects, the company plans to borrow funds to increase working capital.

Currently, the developer is working on a single-family residential project at Dangaus St. 27F, Vilnius District, on a 0.1500 ha land plot. The house under construction has an area of 226.83 m². TThe project is nearly completed – according to the Register Centre data, the registered completion stands at 55%, but the actual property completion is 100%. The raised funds will be allocated to complete the project, including installing a SPA area, finishing the facade, registering 100% completion, and preparing the property for sale. Additionally, funds will cover payments to suppliers and subcontractors, purchase of construction materials, and administrative expenses.

Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the mortgaged property's sale, while interest payments to investors will be made from advance payments or revenues from other company real estate project sales/advances and the company's working capital.

The maximum planned project financing amount is 433,000 EUR (180 000 EUR already raised). The project is financed based on the current valuation of the mortgaged property until the set maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is reached. Upon reaching the maximum LTV, a new property valuation will be conducted, and further project financing stages will be announced and collected only if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded.
