We present a new financing project "Girinaiciu namas", the funds of which will be used for working capital and refinancing. The amount to be raised is EUR 233 100.

Project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate development. Has implemented 6 different construction projects (a total of 12 individual houses) with a total area of 1 500 square meters.

The aim of the project:
The project owner will allocate part of the mobilized amount of money to other development projects “Butas Verkiu g." and the continuation of the construction and installation of "Bendoriu Panoramos". The rest of the money will be used to refinance existing loan.

To ensure the interests of investors, a real estate primary mortgage is pledged:
To protect the interests of investors a plot of land with an area of 147.05 square meters, a fully equipped, one-storey residential building with an outbuilding is pledged at Girinaiciu st. 7, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 333 000.

Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 8%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 2 499 – 8,5%
- From EUR 2 500 to EUR 4 999 – 9%
- From EUR 5 000 to EUR 9 999 –9,5%
- From EUR 10 000 – 10%
