The project owner is engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Has developed a 300 m² semi-detached house on Salotes st.

Development of an A++ energy class, 312.8 m² duplex residential building at Zofijos Gulevic st., 30A, Vilnius.The project owner intends to finish the semi-detached house to full completion, with all appliances and furniture, and sell it fully furnished. According to the data of the Register Center, the registered completion of the semi-detached house is currently 60%. After fully furnishing the semi-detached house, the developer intends to sell it for EUR 700 000 including VAT. This loan will be covered from sales proceeds and interest will be paid to investors from the project owner's operating income.

The maximum financed amount: EUR 200 000. The project is financed on the basis of the current valuation of the collateral until it reaches the established maximum loan-to-value ratio of 45% LTV. Once the maximum LTV has been reached, a new valuation of the property will have to be carried out and further rounds of financing for the Project will only be advertised and collected if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded.
