The project owner carries out short-term rental activities in Palanga. Fully furnished guest houses are rented out, actively operated, and generate stable rental income. Over the past two years, approximately 40 000 EUR of net rental income has been generated from the property pledged on PROFITUS.
The project is fully implemented and operational. The project owner does not currently plan to sell the property and is waiting for more favorable real estate market prices. Accordingly, a planned refinancing of existing liabilities is being carried out on the PROFITUS platform.
