Interest is paid on time to investors. It has already repaid part of the funds in the projects "LOFT206" and "Basanaviciaus patalpos" and has repaid all the funds in the projects "Butas Sodu G66–33" and "Butas Vaidoto G192A–2“.

About the project being refinanced:
The project owner is developing a 91.70 m² apartment located at Vaidoto st. 192E-2, Kaunas. The apartment will be equipped with all appliances and furniture. The registered completion rate of the apartment is currently 70%, but the actual completion rate based on the work already completed is 90%. The loan proceeds will be used to refinance an existing loan, as they have not been able to fully furnish the apartment and the property for development to 100% completion (missing flooring and bathroom). The apartment will be sold after completion. The expected sales proceeds are EUR 229 250 incl. VAT.
