The loan expenses will be covered by the company’s operational income, as well as the sale of other real estate (the company is profitable, with a net profit of 320,935 EUR as of December 31, 2024).
The total amount raised by the project is 183 040 EUR. The amount is being collected in tranches and interest will accrue to the investors from the period when we have raised the full amount required.
The target amount is planned to be raised within 7 days, with the possibility to extend up to 30 days if the funds are not fully raised.
