We present a new project for investment "Aluonos sklypai". The raised funds will be allocated by the project owner for the acquisition of land plots. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 159 000.

The project owner has experience in real estate development. Currently implementing the project "Baltai" - a unique residential quarter. Much attention is paid to architectural elements that tastefully use Baltic symbols. Modern architecture has been chosen because of the rational building solutions and the possibilities to expand the possibilities of the house by installing terraces on the roofs. Technologies used in construction and the living environment are compatible with ecology, allow efficient use of energy resources and protect nature.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate the raised funds for the acquisition of an area of 50.3166 hectares of land, which consists of four plots. At present, a detailed plan has been prepared, which consists of 240 units of land plots with an area of 10-12 acres. The streets of the quarter are separated by a separate plot of infrastructure. After changing the purpose of the land plots to residential, the construction of individual residential blocks will begin. The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of other projects developed by the company or by refinancing the loan.

In order to ensure the interests of investors, an array of four land plots with a total area of 50.3166 hectares is pledged in Trakai district. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 689 800.

- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 9 999 - 15%
- From EUR 10 000 - 16%
