Bolero Crowdfunding wants to offer entrepreneurs and investors a platform with which they can jointly stimulate business growth in Belgium. Investors will soon have the opportunity to invest 100 to 25,000 euros directly in Belgian companies per crowdfunding project, and entrepreneurs who are looking for financing to realize their business plan will in turn meet candidate investors. Entrepreneurs will be able to raise up to 5,000,000 euros for their project through Bolero Crowdfunding. In addition, companies with larger financing needs will also be able to turn to Bolero Crowdfunding to obtain up to 5 million euros through private placements.
Bolero Crowdfunding is an additional financing solution for the development of the new business, product or service of start-up companies that are willing to let the crowd participate in their company through shares or convertible bonds. For more mature companies, the platform is a means to find investors who want to subscribe to bonds to help them grow.
Bolero Crowdfunding makes it easy for you: both natural and legal persons can invest in the opportunities offered on the platform.

The investor does not pay any fees to invest in a crowdfunding campaign.
The total cost for the company concerned is between 5% and 7% of the funds raised.
