We present a new financing project “Sklypas Kalno g. 10”, the funds of which will be used for the purchase of a plot of land. The amount to be raised is EUR 66 000.
Project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate development. Implemented 6 different construction projects (a total of 12 individual houses) with a total area of 1 500 square meters.
The aim of the project:
The project owner buys a 50 acres plot of land at Kalno st. 10, Vilnius district. It is planned to divide the land plot into five smaller land plots, and to build residential houses in some of them and sell them in another part. This loan will be repaid by the proceeds from the sale of the property. The estimated revenue from the sale of the entire project is EUR 1 100 000.
To ensure the interests of investors, a real estate primary mortgage is pledged:
To protect the interests of investors a 50 acres plot of land with buildings with a total area of 305.46 square meters is pledged at Kalno str. 10, Vilnius district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 140 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 999 – 9%
- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 2 999 – 9,5%
- From EUR 3 000 – 10%
