The project owner, who has a lot of experience in the real estate development business, plans to develop a 5-apartment house project. The project funds will be used for the arrangement of documentation, start of construction and implementation of design works in the developer's project "Bendoriu panoramos". 5 two-apartment houses will be designed on the 52.36-acre plot of land, and the area of ??four two-apartment apartments will be 120 sq. m. The area of ??the dormitory with a garage is 145 sq.m. In the first stage, 2-3 two-apartment houses will be built, and the first sales are planned to start in 6-7 months. after the start of construction. Two-apartment houses will be developed in Bendoriu village, Vilnius district. The planned completion of construction works is the fourth quarter of 2022. The project owner has accumulated experience in the real estate development business.

To ensure the interests of investors, a 6.03-acre plot of land is pledged and 79.79 sq.m of a residential house together with 16.8 sq. m in a farm building, North Gardens 4th st. 84, Pavilnys. The house is located in a quiet, green area of ??individual houses in Vilnius, near the Dvar?ionys reserve. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is 124 300 euros. Investors are pledged a residential house with a full finish.
