The project will finance the purchase of a 56 square metre apartment and a parking space, built in 2023. The apartment is currently registered as 90% complete according to the Centre of Registers. The apartment will be furnished in a modern style with all appliances and furniture. After these works, the apartment will be for sale. Expected sale proceeds EUR 220 000. The loan will be covered by the sale proceeds.
