Currently, in the project, the foundations of the semi-detached house have been poured, the walls have been raised, and the roof has been covered. The apartments in the semi-detached house will be sold partially finished. Estimated sales revenue of the entire project is EUR 300 000.

The owner of the project has accumulated 20 years of experience in the field of real estate. In total, he has developed different real estate development projects with a total area of 5 000 square meters.

To protect the interests of investors, a two-story semi-detached house under development with an area of 204 square meters and a plot of land with an area of 9.18 acres are pledged at Kadagiu str. 14, Rinkunu village, Kaunas district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 107 000.

- From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 11%
- From 2 500 EUR – 11.5%
