About project:
Currently under construction is a 145 sqm, single-storey, one-bedroom house, location link.  The project is 65% complete and is expected to be finished by June 2025.  Construction started in September 2024. The property will be listed for sale upon completion, at which time active marketing efforts will begin.  

Loan information:
This loan will be repaid from the sales revenue of the developed residential building and additionally pledged land plots, which is estimated to be EUR 360,000. Interest will be paid to investors from the project owner's operating income. 

Maximum funding amount: EUR 100,000. The project is financed according to the current valuation of the pledged assets until it reaches the set maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. Upon reaching the maximum LTV, a new property valuation must be performed, and further project financing stages will be announced and collected only if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded.   


We plan to raise the required amount within 7 days, with the possibility to extend it to 30 days if the funds are not raised.
