The apartment in a semi-detached house has an area of 116 square meters, four rooms, fully furnished, A++ energy class and one floor. The apartment has a 5-acre plot of land. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of this apartment. The planned sales revenue is about EUR 285 000.
