The aim of the project:
The project funds will be allocated for the purchase of a 35.51 square meters, two-room apartment on the fifth floor of a brick apartment building in Vilnius. The project owner buys an apartment for EUR 48 627. The owner intends to carry out repair work with his own funds, equipped with all household appliances and furniture. After these works, the apartment will be sold. The estimated sales revenue is EUR 88 000. The proceeds of the sale will be used to repaid this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 35.51 square meters is pledged at Geroves st. 9-14, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 69 100.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 7%
- From 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 7.5%
- From 5 000 EUR – 8%
