We present a new financing project "Butas A.Mickeviciaus 7", the funds of which will be allocated to working capital. The amount to be raised is EUR 100 000.
About the project owner:
The project owner has many years of experience in real estate development. Previously, funded and successfully implemented 1 similar attic reconstruction project on the platform Profitus. He is currently implementing other "S63 loftai" and "Butai Kestucio 5" projects funded by the platform in Vilnius.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will use the raised funds for the development of the project "S63 loftai". The funds raised will be used to pay for construction materials and construction work. At present, the following works have been carried out for the project: a new roof covering and windows have been installed, 90% of the floors have been completed, and 30% of the installation of metal mezzanines has been completed. This loan will be covered from the proceeds from the sale of real estate projects.
To ensure the interests of investors, a real estate primary mortgage is pledged:
To protect the interests of investors, an apartment of 74.46 square meters is pledged at A. Mickeviciaus str. 7-18B, Vilnius. The registered completion of the property is 100%. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 167 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 6%
- From 500 EUR to 4 099 EUR –6,5%
- From 5 000 EUR – 7%
