About the Project:
The developer seeks to refinance the loan for the successful Gruodo namai project. The pooled funds will be used to repay the remaining loan and for working capital purposes.
Loan Information:
This loan will be repaid through refinancing. In the future, the property is expected to be sold, with planned total project sales revenues amounting to 350,306 EUR excluding VAT. Interest for investors will be paid from the project owner’s operating income.
The maximum planned project financing amount is 224,600 EUR. The project is financed based on the current appraisal of the pledged property until the established maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is reached. Upon reaching the maximum LTV, a new property appraisal must be conducted, and further project financing stages will be announced and collected only if the established maximum LTV is not exceeded.
We plan to raise the required amount within 7 days with the possibility of extending up to 30 days if the funds are not raised.
