The expected sales proceeds are EUR 850 000. The mortgaged property is planned to be rented out for short-term rent by the project owner from July until the sale, with expected rental income of EUR 150-300 per day, for a total of approximately EUR 4 000 per month. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the mortgaged property, and interest will be paid to investors from short-term rental income.
