Lendosphere is the expert crowdfunding platform dedicated to the energy transition.
Launched at the end of 2014, Lendosphere allows:
- renewable energy developers to involve local residents of projects in their financing,
- energy transition companies to find financing for amounts up to €8M,
- individuals and businesses to lend with interest, directing their savings towards the renewable energy projects they support.
Since its launch, more than 250 million euros have already been invested, by the 29,000 members of its community, in 500 renewable energy projects. Lendosphere is approved as a Participatory Investment Advisor and Crowdfunding Intermediary with ORIAS, and regulated by the AMF.
Individuals can invest under three conditions: being of legal age, holding a bank account in euros and opening a Lendosphere account.
Legal entities can also invest, under two conditions: hold a bank account in euros and open a Lendosphere account.
You may only be charged transaction fees, and this only in the case where you credit your payment account then debit it without lending. In this case, you will be charged 1% of the amount debited.
