Investing through Fundlift is a regulated activity on capital markets. Investments are executed directly through a licensed secutiries broker Roklen360, a.s. and the whole process is overseen by the Czech National Bank.

If a project is successfully financed on Fundlift, Fundlift and its sister company Roklen360, a.s. collect a sum total of 5% of the collected amount. This model acts as an incentive for the successful completion of a campaign. In the case of a failed campaign Fundlift gains nothing but compensation for expended external costs (legal documentation, the promotional video) to the cost of several thousand CZK, these expenses should also be taken into account in successful campaigns.
