Bulkestate is an Estonian based crowdfunding platform, founded in 2016. The platform is supervised by government authority, however, it does not have an Investment Brokerage/ Crowdfunding licence. Bulkestate offers two types of loans: mortgage and real estate loans-projects. To date, more than EUR 25 million has been invested through the platform, and almost all the projects were located in Latvia.

The platform’s team is made of professionals with academic and previous career experience related to the industry. There is only the financial statements of 2019 available, which shows that the platform did not have liquidity problems in 2019.
