Our family has been in the property development business for more than 30 years. Since 1981, the Stark group of companies has implemented an investment volume of approx. € 600 million and built approx. 1600 residential units. As a medium-sized developer, we also want to enable private individuals to invest in real estate. For this reason, in June 2015, we founded thecrowdfunding platform focussing on yields.
