We present a new project for financing "Butas Zirmunuose". For the mobilized funds, the project owner plans to purchase a mortgaged apartment in Zirmunai, which he rents for a long-term lease. The amount to be raised is EUR 106 000.
The apartment is located in Zirmunai, just 500 meters from the city center, on Rinktines Street, in a newly built house. Interest on the loan will be covered by rental income. The apartment is currently rented for long-term rent, the monthly rental price is 500 euros. The landlord plans to repay the loan from the rental income of the apartment.
In order to ensure the interests of investors, 38.27 sq. m area, 1-room apartment on the 4th floor is pledged. The apartment is located in a building built in 2019, Rinktines str. 1A-92. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is 152 000 euros. The completion of the mortgaged apartment is 100%. The apartment is furnished - it has all the necessary communications, decoration and all the necessary furniture.
