Crowdberry has more than €100 million assets under management, with investment tickets ranging from €0.1 to €5 million driving the growth of more than 70 pre-seed, seed and growth-stage companies in the Czechia and Slovakia.
Crowdberry subsidiaries include a seed VC Fund managed by CB Investment Management, a qualified investors fund investing in real-estate, CB Property Investors, and a social impact investment fund, CB ESPRI.

Crowdberry does not charge any entry or exit fees associated with the registration on the platform – use of the platform is free of charge. Crowdberry earns its revenue from consultancy services and successful campaigns as a percentage of the raised capital and the successful appreciation of an investor’s investment.
if investors get a positive return on their investment, Crowdberry will charge 12% of the investors’ net return (after deducting their original investment) for managing the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
