Letsinvest is a marketplace that helps match selected real estate developers with co-investing resources. It’s an independent, high-competence company with no ties with established real estate developers.
There are three ways to put your money at work with Letsinvest: directly investing in commercial real estate being built now, buying into the equity of already up and running rental business, or investing into real estate developer’s bonds that are backed by their own real estate assets.
Up till recently, only large institutional lenders had access to such investment projects. But with Letsinvest, everybody can directly participate in the big game. Investing as little as 100 Eur gives you access to interest rates usually taken by the banks.

Who can invest on Letsinvest?
Letsinvest is open to both, individuals and companies. Individuals must be residents of the European Economic Area member states and firms must be registered within these countries. Platform users are required to be at least 18 years old and have a valid passport or identity card.
What are Letsinvest fees?
We work under a no-hidden-fee policy. Our investors do not pay any fees, as the borrower covers all the expenses.
