Both premises are currently leased under long-term contracts and generate EUR 1,000 in net monthly rental income. The client has provided valid long-term lease agreements, ensuring a stable cash flow and strengthening the reliability of the pledged asset as a security measure.
The property is located in a strategically convenient area – Vilnius Naujamiestis, close to the Old Town and main city arteries. This is one of the most liquid areas of the capital, where demand for both residential and commercial premises remains high.
Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid from the sale of other real estate assets owned by the company. Interest payments will be covered by rental income from the pledged property or from the company’s working capital.
The targeted amount is planned to be raised within 7 days, with the possibility of extending the term up to 30 days if the full amount is not collected.
