We present a new financing project, “Butas Skroblu g. 14-77”. The project owner will allocate the raised funds to the working capital of the company and for real estate equip. The amount to be raised is EUR 116 200.
About the project:
“Melyni vilkai” is a quarter of residential houses in Vilkpede created for a rational and visionary city person, providing excellent conditions for living close to the city center, whose residents can enjoy active city life near the busy New Town, and at the same time – enjoy peace in a closed area away from the main objects of the center.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the company’s working capital and for the purchase of an apartment with an area of 48.50 square meters, built in 2022, located on the second floor of a brick apartment building. Currently, according to the Registry Center, the apartment is 87% complete. After completing the installation work, the apartment will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is around EUR 190 000. The proceeds of the sale will repay this loan.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 48.50 square meters is pledged at Skroblu st. 14-77, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 166 000.

– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 8.5%
– From 500 EUR to 1 999 EUR – 9%
– From 2 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9.5%
– From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 10%
– From 10 000 EUR – 10.5%
