Introducing the new stage financing project "Namai Matuso g.". The project owner will use the funds raised for development of real estate. The amount to be raised is EUR 70 000.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the development of two semi-detached houses. The houses under development will be 208.8 square meters each. After the completion of the construction works, the house will be sold. Estimated sales revenue of the entire project is EUR 660 060.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the investors' interests, two apartments in a semi-dteached house with a total area of 220.02 square meters and a land plot belonging to them are pledged, at J. Matuso str., 27-1 and 27-2, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 234 000.
The maximum planned amount of funding for the project is EUR 220 000. The project is financed according to the current valuation of the mortgaged property until it reaches the set maximum LTV. Once the maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will be carried out, and the further stages of financing the Project will be announced and collected only if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 - 9.5%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 1 999 - 10%
- From EUR 2 000 to EUR 3 999 - 10.5%
- From 4 000 - 11%
